How do I set up a subscription?
On any eligible product page, choose Subscribe & Save instead of one-time purchase, select your preferred frequency, and proceed to checkout as normal.
When will I be charged?
We'll send you a reminder email three days before each renewal. Your card is charged on the scheduled delivery date at the same discounted price as your first order.
Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Yes — from your subscriber portal you can skip individual deliveries or delay your next order by any number of days. No penalties, no minimums.
Can I change my frequency?
Yes, at any time from your account portal. If you move to a less frequent delivery, the discount adjusts automatically — from 15% at 30 days to 10% at 90 days.
How do I cancel?
Log into your account, go to your active subscriptions, and cancel with one click. No call required, no cooling-off period.
What if a product is out of stock?
We'll email you in advance and pause that subscription until it's back, so you're never charged for something we can't fulfil. You can also swap to an available product.
Can I have multiple subscriptions?
