Return Policy for Octi Nutrition Ltd

Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility:
    You may return unopened, unused, and resalable products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

  • Notification:
    To initiate a return, please contact us at Help@Octi-Nutrition.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return Process:
    Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back. All returned items must be in their original packaging with sealed or unopened products.

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return postage costs, except in cases of faulty or damaged items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.

  • Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Exchanges:
    If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days. We will work with you to replace it or offer a store credit or alternative product.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or faulty:
