Hydrolysed Collagen Plus — 8,700mg of type I and III bovine collagen per serving with vitamin C. Hydrolysed means broken into shorter peptides. Marine and bovine are different source types, which is why the two sit together rather than duplicating each other.
Omega 3-6-9 — a natural source of omega 3, 6 and 9, high in vitamin E. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The fats most people's diets are quietly short on.
